About your Host
I am a leadership coach and have been working with groups and individuals for more than 15 years, guiding thousands of people on their leadership journey.
I’ve coached artists, university professors, CEOs, millionaires, therapists and high level coaches, published authors, serial entrepreneurs, investors and corporate leaders.
I also co-founded several award-winning companies, worked as a project manager and consultant in organizations from small startups to multinationals and international NGOs.

About your Host – Welcome to my Home!
Costa Rica has been my home for three years now, and I have spent time building my diverse network and home base. I am excited to host you in this magical place!
I offer you a unique combination of skills based on my experience in leadership development and as an entrepreneur myself. Having guided thousands of clients on their leadership journey, this is one of the most intimate and focussed containers to work with me.
What Makes This Retreat Special
This is not for everyone
We live in extraordinary times. The existential threat for humanity opens up the potential for global awakening. If you feel called into leadership by offering your own path as an example of what it means to be a leader in the world today, then this is for you!
There is no linear path to success
Navigating the challenges of our times is at best a dance. With every two steps forward, we take one step backwards. We need to learn to love our darkness and limitations as much as our light and potential. And we’re not meant to do it alone. It needs a village to be a Soul Awakened Leader.
There is no promise of fame & fortune
If we align ourselves with the divine and what truly wants to come through us, if we tune in with the longing of our souls, then we cannot hold on to simple definitions of worldly and material success. We offer our life and our work for something greater and in doing so, we remind each other of who we are and why we are truly here.
The map is not the territory
The only way to taste the salty water of the ocean is to jump in. But it can be scary, and we will be asked to leave our comfort zone behind. This circle offers an island of sanity and an encouragement to do the things we deep down know are right to do.

It is a quiet nature oasis with many opportunities for outdoor activities, such as surfing, running, snorkeling, biking, kayaking, and more.
The town of Puerto Viejo is conveniently located 20 minutes by bike.
The house and retreat space where you will be accommodated is completely surrounded by jungle, many cacao trees, and only 3 minutes walking distance to the beach.
It is perfectly located and has everything you need for a nourishing and transformative time together with your host.
It is an open house right in nature! You’ll share this home with amazing animals like sloths, anteater, armadillos, aguti, hummingbird & many more living in the surrounding jungle.
