My Vision
is to support leaders and organizations – companies, communities or institutions – to align with the deeper will of the divine and transform them into vehicles for the most powerful force on the planet: LOVE.
These leaders and organizations create regenerative and safe spaces where it is not only okay but encouraged to be present as a whole human being, authentically with all of who we are without masks. In this way organizations become places for healing, transformation and development of our true potential.
My Mission
is to support leaders who are going through a process of deep personal and spiritual transformation. They become embodied multipliers of a new consciousness and capable to hold spaces for transformation for the people within their organization.
I connect these leaders to build clusters as safe spaces (cocoons) within communities for the new to emerge. They support and strengthen each other in a new mindset – even if the organization’s culture has a different center of gravity with conflicting values. In this way, these clusters can initiate a bottom-up cultural change.

I am a leadership coach and have been working with groups and individuals for more than 15 years, guiding thousands of people on their leadership journey.
I’ve coached artists, university professors, CEOs, millionaires, therapists and high level coaches, published authors, serial entrepreneurs, investors and corporate leaders.
