About
There’s a version of my story that reads well on paper.
Award-winning entrepreneur. Organisational developer. Fifteen years coaching CEOs, serial entrepreneurs, professors, millionaires, artists, and corporate leaders across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Co-Founder of Leadership³, an award-winning boutique consultancy pioneering self-organization and collective leadership. Project manager at the Global Ecovillage Network — three years living inside Europe’s most radical experiments in how humans work, lead, and live together. Winner of several innovation awards. Speaker at transformational gatherings worldwide.
That version is true. It’s just not the whole story.
The whole story
The whole story also includes a beach house in Costa Rica where I had everything — the practice, the relationship, the Ecstatic Dance DJ Gigs, the life — and felt something quietly collapse anyway. It includes moving back to my parents’ home in Germany at 40, stripping away every external marker of success, and spending months in what I can only describe as a necessary emptiness.
Who am I when I’m not performing?
What do I actually want — not what I’ve been conditioned to want?
Those questions broke me open.
They also made me a fundamentally different coach than I was before.
Today I live and work from Pai, in northern Thailand — co-building Hummingbird Habit, a behavioral intelligence-enhanced co-living community and startup incubator that is itself a live experiment in everything I’ve spent fifteen years researching. The coaching practice I run alongside it is smaller, more intentional, and more alive than it’s ever been.
I only work with a small number of clients at any given time. The work is deep, unhurried, and tends to go places most coaching doesn’t reach.
If you want the frameworks version, there are plenty of coaches who offer that. If you want to finally trust yourself — not perform a better version of yourself, but actually trust yourself — that’s what I’m here for.
