This Valentine’s Day, we invite you to a gathering on self-love. But not the fluffy kind of self-love with rose petals, lavender baths and chocolate. It is our darkness that we have most difficulties to love, but also the part within us, that needs it most.
By shining our light on those places that we’d rather hide, that we are ashamed of, that we’d like to cast away, we actually reduce their power over us and can even transform them into allies and gifts for us and humanity.
This gathering is intended to equip you with the perspectives and tools to see your darkness as a gift to share with others, so that you can be medicine for the people whose life you touch with your presence.
Through this, you can reframe your experiences in a way that is empowering and supporting you to step up with courage and conviction. This way, you become a blessing and living permission slip for others to live a life of service with an open heart from a place of humility and vulnerability.
